Posted today Full Job DescriptionJob Description: Full Job DescriptionJob Description:As part of the Global Ecommerce Team this is anexciting opportunity to work across De Beers Jeweller’s onlineretailers and 3rd parties across EMEA and the US to support thecommercial performance and digital brand strategy. Reportinginto the Senior Ecommerce Manager the 3rd Party Trade Executive willco-ordinate the planning and implementation of the digital brandcalendar, new launches, merchandising and assortment and brand assetsto support commercial and brand growth.The role will workwith our key online partners to build relationships and focus on newopportunities for digital brand penetration and work crossfunctionality (marketing/PR/brand teams) to build synergies andcollaboration from a wider DBJ business perspective.Manageand execute our ecommerce and digital strategy across key retailerpartners to drive sell and sell in. Manage assortmentupload & management across new launches and core business, ensuringproduct listings are up-to-date and supporting partners across assetrequirements. Manage brand store updates & 3rdparty/retailer content plan ensuring campaign and brand imagery isupdated and aligned to the De Beers Jeweller’s digital calendar. Manage the commercial performance in collaboration with theSenior Ecommerce Manager to deliver against targets and identifyopportunities for digital growth. Produce reporting(category/collection/KPI level) to analyse and share 3rd Party andretailer.com performance.Co-ordinate the operationaldeliverables for wholesale ecommerce account across cross functionalteams/RACI to ensure product assortment, selection, lead times anddelivery are achieved. Partner with the Senior EcommerceManager to co-ordinate wholesale ecommerce account management,profitability, margin, returns, budget and invoice management andsupport the Senior Ecommerce Manager in sales forecasting andanalysis. Work with the Performance Manager to align andcommunicate all 3rd Party Retailer media and paid promotionalactivity, supporting on asset requirements and delivery. Own internal communication and documentation including assortment andmerchandising trackers, project updates, media plans, asset calendarsand communication of timelines & deliverables. Qualifications:Experience in similar role in ecommerce accountmanagement ideally within the luxury sector EcommerceWholesale Account Management desirable including operationalco-ordination. Strong data and analytical skill setessential. Excellent data analysis, able to pivot andinterpret data with strong excel skills. Ability toproblem solve and balance pro-active approach with clear communicationskills to enable alignment. Generates ideas but can applythese and prioritise based on commercial/business strategy.
