Job DescriptionThird Party Risk Manager - up to £75,000My client are a specialist bank in the UK is seeking experienced professionals to join their team. The bank offers a range of services to support businesses and individuals, including asset finance, development finance, wholesale finance, and specialist mortgages.Position:I am currently seeking individuals to join the clients operational resilience team. This team is responsible for coordinating various capabilities within the operational resilience framework, including third-party risk management, business incident management, business continuity planning, and compliance with operational resilience regulations set by the PRA and FCA.Key responsibilities of this role include:Designing, implementing, and managing the third-party risk management framework for the Bank.Partnering with the business to implement business continuity planning, business incident management, and service resilience.Supporting scenario testing of the operational resilience framework.Tracking vulnerabilities to operational resilience and driving their resolution.Coordinating the operational resilience framework across all seven capabilities: third-party risk management, business continuity planning, business incident management, service resilience, operational risk, IT disaster recovery, and cybersecurity.Requirements Qualifications/ExperienceExperience in implementing risk management frameworks.Understanding of operational resilience concepts.Ability to influence senior stakeholders to take action.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Competencies and AttributesStrong attention to detail, rigor, and accuracy.Excellent stakeholder management skills.Good planning, organizing, and interpersonal skills.Self-awareness and resilience.Demonstrates risk awareness through curiosity and questioning.Willingness to learn and develop new skills.Self-starter with a high level of initiative and professionalism.Team player who goes above and beyond to deliver excellent results.Additional InformationExperience in business continuity management is advantageous.Specific background in third-party risk management is advantageous.Experience in running incidents is advantageous.This role involves tracking vulnerabilities to operational resilience and coordinating multiple capabilities within the operational resilience framework.If you are looking for a role like this, and would be interested in discussing it further then please forward your cv to: #####
