Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations in the absence of higher-ranking managers

- Assist in managing staff and providing guidance and support

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Handle customer inquiries and issues effectively

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Help create and implement strategies to meet sales targets

Skills:

- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Problem-solving skills to address issues promptly

- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and reporting

- Knowledge of inventory management practices

- Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and schedules

Requirements:

-Previous manager/room leader

-Minimum level 3 in childcare
