UK South (national travel required)VIDA continue to partner with a pioneering start-up in the field neurostimulation.Our client has developed a one of a kind technology to treat patients with a condition called Dysphagia, a condition that typically effects people that have suffered brain injuries such as a stroke. Due to recent Series D equity financing of £33M the UK and Austria based start-up is now looking to expand their UK commercial team with the addition of a Therapy Development Manager located in South of the UK.You must be an experienced Speech Language Therapist (SLT) ideally with some industry experience in a commercial setting, however, SLT's with a strong commercial acumen that are ready to take on a new challenge will also be highly considered.Responsibilities:Responsible in the region defined above for developing the Phagenyx customer base, introducing and establishing Phagenyx in interested sites, supporting the clinical team as Phagenyx therapy expert, increasing Phagenyx sales and driving the reimbursement process in UK.Develop, implement, execute and monitor business strategy for the UK market, with a focus on Southern EnglandEnsure the achievement of challenging sales targets, regularly update sales forecasts and monitor and report on sales performance.Prepare annual territory budgets for sales and marketing and reforecasts as required.Plan and represent Phagenesis at local, national or European congresses in alignment with global marketing.Support the clinical team as therapy expert and account owner.Execute a robust sales strategy designed to maximize the potential of Phagenesis' unique product offering now and under development.Develop key opinion leader and customer relationships and identify, analyze and implement new business opportunities.Professionally promote our products/therapies to key specialists and healthcare professionals and work with the marketing team to ensure delivery of consistent message.Actively seek to develop and expand on technical knowledge and skills as the expert in Phagenyx.Introduce and train on Phagenyx in interested sites, including formally certifying users on the correct use of our Phagenyx system aligned with Phagenesis SOPs / the MPGNegotiate pricing and terms with customers.Liaise effectively with your manager and others in the Phagenesis team to ensure customer needs are met in a timely manner.Provide timely feedback to manager regarding performanceAdhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codesAny other duties, within reason and capability, as determined by your managerEssential Experience:Background as a Speech and Language TherapistExperience in a sales driven environment in the medical devices / Pharma industry is a plusPossess a positive attitude with willingness to learnExcellent interpersonal skills and proficiencyPossess a valid driver's licenseWorking beyond normal working hours and weekends will be required from time to timeEntrepreneurial attitudeTo apply for this amazing opportunity please apply via the link or reach out to our external recruitment partner, James Gillman at #####
