Therapeutic Fostering Social Worker

salary up to £38,570 per annum

NonStop Care is looking for a Supervising Social Worker who can join a well established Independent Fostering Agency in North East London on a permanent basis.

You will be joining a therapeutic fostering agency with a very good reputation. The Supervising Social Worker in this role will work very closely with a qualified clinician or a therapist, in order to support the foster families deliver therapeutic care to the children they are looking after.

You will have the opportunity to enhance your therapeutic fostering knowledge with them and you will also be supported to get the DDP qualification also.

Responsibilities:

The Supervising Social Worker will oversee a manageable caseload of 10 foster families that are located mostly in the North East London area. The caseload is capped at 10, so you will have a lot of time to focus on each foster family, deliver a very good level of support to them. This means you will also have a very good work - life balance.

The Independent Fostering Agency has an Outstanding Ofsted rating and the team is very stable, which means you will be part of a very nice working environment.

This is a hybrid role, which means you will work from home 2 days per week and then work from their office the rest of the days.

Requirements:

Please apply if you are a Qualified Social Worker and you have experience in fostering. You must have a Social Work Qualification and a driving license also.
