Theatre Trauma Lead

We are seeking a dynamic, innovative and highly motivated Trauma Lead Practitioner . This opportunity arises for an experienced orthopaedic trauma scrub practitioner with substantial experience in recent Trauma Scrub as Band 6 Team Leader in an acute hospital setting who is looking for the next step in your career. The successful candidate will lead and support a team of theatre scrub professionals to deliver high standard of care to the patients admitted through the emergency/ trauma pathway (Amber/ Red pathway). The key part of the role is to provide clinical supervision and develop the team to ensure they have staff with appropriate skills and attributes to support trauma service in the Hospital. You must be able to demonstrate exceptional organisational skill to deliver safe and efficient trauma service. You will work collaboratively as part of the MDT team as well as independently to deliver excellent peri-operative patient experience.
