Theatre Practitioner(Scrub) - Essex

Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience

The successful candidate will be based at a Private Hospital in Essexand will:

Be a qualified nurse/ODP registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council/HCPC with an up to date PIN number.
Work in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct/HCPC Standards of conduct and other professional guidelines.
Provide assistance to surgeons/anaesthetist/nursing/ODP as required
Act as a member of the surgical team either as a scrub or circulating practitioner
Work with surgical staff to ensure correct patient positioning for operating procedures

Requirements

Have a minimum of 6 months UK experience in a theatre scrub role.
Experience of working in the private sector or NHS.
Evidence of Clinical competence.
