Role Overview:
As a Theatre Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients within the theatre setting. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of theatre services. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent teamwork, and a commitment to providing patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of the operating theatre and equipment for surgical procedures.
• Provide skilled assistance to surgeons and other members of the surgical team during procedures.
• Monitor patients throughout surgery, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to patient care.
• Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse or ODP with valid registration.
• Previous experience working as a Theatre Practitioner.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of theatre procedures and techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
