Pay: up to £43,000 plus benefits and paid enhancements
Hours - Full time and Part time is available - Flexible working pattern

MediTalent are recruiting on behalf of a state of the art, private hospital based in Margate for a Theatre Nurse/ODP to join their dedicated theatre team. Our esteemed client offers an extensive range of highly specialised services within the hospital - ensuring you an engaging caseload within your work, to aid in career development and gaining new skills.
As an experienced Theatre Nurse/ODP you should be able to work fluidly within the team or independently when needed, to act as a role model to those around you. Duties of the role include - ensuring that standards of patient care are consistently maintained in accordance with agreed operational policies and procedures. Safeguarding, assessing, planning, implementing + evaluating individualised patient care and to prepare and maintain clinical records of patient care. Handling of surgical instruments and close work with surgeons.
The right candidate:

• Must have HCPC/NMC Pin - ODP or Nurse or Theatre Practitioner
• General theatre experience - scrub desired
• Evidence of relevant professional development either in previous job role of job placement
• A good team player
