The Princess Grace Hospital part of HCA Healthcare UK is one of the UK’s best equipped, acute, private surgical hospitals providing complex care. We are actively recruiting for an experienced Theatre Manager to lead our dynamic Theatre team. As an effective, compassionate and visible leader you will support the theatre department- administratively (budgets and targets) and clinically to promote and ensure the delivery of the highest quality patient perioperative care.Working closely with the Surgical Services manager you will take responsibility to appropriately manage theatre lists and workforce and to provide strategic and operational direction to build the departmental business; plan new services and introduce new technologies as required.Above all else, we’re committed to the care and improvement of human life.
