If you have a solid background in providing test estimation and prioritising bugs this could be the role for you.
THE BASICS:
As the Tester, you will be expected to be up to speed with version controls such as Git and Azure pipelines, Visual Studio and Databases and DBMS and provide a leadership approach on a variety of testing engagements, whilst being able to define testing strategies using an Agile approach. With this, you are likely to receive an immediate interview request.

THE PRE-REQUISITES:
Writing test cases and executing using Azure Test plan – are important skills. Any capability of using DevOpsfor testing and /or managing control gates for build pipelines would also be useful.
A proven track record for defining testing strategies using an Agile approach is important.
If you possess an ability to support deployments and UAT testing; maintain all test documentation, analyse scope, specifications and business requirements effectively and convert business requirements into test scenarios and test scripts, we’d like to hear from you today.
Resilience, independence, and enthusiasm are all important traits, to be successful in this role; coupled with good organisational and interpersonal skills.
THE PACKAGE:
The likely salary is up to circa £45,000 Whilst this is a full-time role with office working hours: Monday – Friday 8:30hrs – 17:30hrs, the option to work from home 2 days per week is also available.
You also receive generous annual leave, plus bank holidays.
THE CONCLUSION:
ISEB foundation or a higher certification is desirable and so too is the ability to provide leadership in testing processes. If you can demonstrate strong business relationships with partners and fellow team members, this will make for an enjoyable experience. Testers who can maintain high standards and a positive attitude throughout the day and can report bugs clearly using Azure Devops and perform end to end functional testing, regression testing and exploratory testing should apply.
