Role: Test ManagerLocation: Remote (occasional Travel to Yeovil)Duration: 6 MonthsBriefThe Test Manager will be responsible for our Service Validation & Testing performed during the transition and during the term of Client contracts spanning Managed Print and Content Capture Services, and production print centres. The Account Test Manager function will also provide support for Clients and 3rd party testing resourcesThe Test Manager will be responsible for delivering:Test execution and support of Client and other suppliers testing activitiesManagement and creation of Phased Test plans, e.g CIT, SIT, UAT.Authoring and creation of Test scripts from HLD, LLD and requirements.Xerox Print Service compliance with the Client's Test StrategyXerox Print Service compliance with the Client's Testing Policies, Processes, ProceduresEnsure alignment of all Xerox test processes with the Client's Test StrategyManagement and change control of the Xerox Model Office test environmentsCreate and maintain Xerox test data and process documentationThe role includes all relevant testing types, including (but not limited to);System TestingIntegration TestingPerformance TestingRegression TestingUser Acceptance TestingReport TestingFinancial TestingOperational Acceptance / Service Acceptance TestingCutover / Implementation Testing (inc. zero tests)Required Skills and ExperienceKnowledge and hands on experience of managing virtualised test environments.Knowledge of MS Azure, SQL serverExperience of testing print / testing driver's / print servers / print migration etcExperience of defining/creating test strategies and plans / test scheduling with multiplesuppliersExperience of System Integration TestingExcellent written and verbal communication skills as will have to work with project / servicedelivery / external suppliers / and attend client meetingsExcellent MS Excel / MS Word / MS Project skills and can evidence documentation skillsExperience of documentation approval processes, review, auditing and sign off through PMO or self managedExperience of testing aligned to multiple towersDesirable - experience of Jira/Zephyr/DevOps testing toolsetFor more information and immediate consideration please apply directly to this advert
