Test Manager

We are looking for a Test Manager to work within the Healthcare/Public sector
Location: Hybrid | Berkshire | occasional travelAbout the role: We are seeking an experienced, high-calibre Test Manager to lead the testing efforts for the Trust Integration Engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of the integration engine.The ideal candidates will have a proven Test Management background with following skills & experience:Develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases for the Trust Integration EngineCollaborate with suppliers, connected system owners, cross-functional teams, including developers, to understand requirements and ensure test coverage and adequacyDesign and execute manual and automated tests to validate the functionality, performance, and security of the integration engineHealthcare Project / Programme experienceIdentify, report, and track defects using bug tracking tools and work with the development team to ensure timely resolutionManage the testing process throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deploymentBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a test management roleExperience with testing web servicesProficiency in creating and executing manual and automated test cases.Experience with test automation toolsKnowledge of defect tracking toolsISTQB or similar testing certification is a plusExperience in Healthcare and Life SciencesExperience with testing of HL7
