Our client are a leader in the aerospace, aviation and defense engieering space. They have an exciting opportunity to bring in 2 experienced TE Hardwware Engineers to help support them on a milirary project working on the F35 fighter jet.
Key Activities:
* Investigation of design changes and associated testing and integration
* Hardware design changes and associated documentation
* Commissioning of test equipment
* Test spec updates, i.e. TRD, S-Specs and ATP User Guides
* Support to software for any hardware related queries
Take ownership of reviewing technical drawings, make changes, review and release following processes and procedures.
Potentially design, test, implement and release modifications for older legacy test equipment.
Repair existing test equipment at varying states of disrepair.
Engage with the team and provide regular updates on progress.
Experience / Qualification:
* Hands on experience working with TE, or similar equipment (perhaps systems)
* Experience of updating engineering design and procedure documents
