Title: Test Automation Engineer

Location: Remote in UK (once or twice a year in London)
Salary: up to £65,000
Tech essentials: C#, Specflow/BDD, SQL, Backend focus
Interview process: 1 or 2 stage remote video interviews

This role would provide the opportunity for somebody to work closely with very experienced Test Automation experts. After extensive on-boarding, training and investing in your technical development (tailored to suit your level of seniority) they will guide you and teach you best practice, how to enhance their packaged offering with clients and offer continual mentorship as part of their team. You’ll become a subject matter expert and gain valuable knowledge in their specific sector as you work with major, global, household brands.
All you need to be successful in this position is a good understanding of backend Test Automation, Regression Testing, SQL, C#/Python and Specflow (or very similar BDD) and the right attitude to learn. As this is a client facing role, it’s imperative that your communication skills (both written and verbal) are strong and you are comfortable building professional relationships with others of varying seniority.
