This is a Territory Manager role where you will be responsible for developing independent retailers in Scotland and Ireland.
Your main duties will include:
Manage and expand existing customer accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Scotland and Ireland
Conduct market research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and reports to customers and management
Work closely with sales and marketing teams and other departments to enhance sales offering
Attend industry events, trade shoes and networking opportunities to promote products and services
Ideally you will have:
Proven work experience as a Territory Sales Manager in an Audiology, Optical, Dental or similar area
Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
Experience in preparing and delivering presentations and proposals
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
