This is a Territory Manager role where you will be responsible for developing independent retailers in Scotland and Ireland.



Your main duties will include:




  • Manage and expand existing customer accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Scotland and Ireland

  • Conduct market research to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals and reports to customers and management

  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams and other departments to enhance sales offering

  • Attend industry events, trade shoes and networking opportunities to promote products and services



Ideally you will have:




  • Proven work experience as a Territory Sales Manager in an Audiology, Optical, Dental or similar area

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and market dynamics

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and goals

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to analyse sales data and market trends to make informed decisions

  • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations and proposals

  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
