�35,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus & Commission

One of the UK's leading logistics solutions providers are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join their business.

They supply logistics solutions across all industries, from retail to pharmaceutical, giving you the opportunity to grow in whichever direction you feel is most profitable.
You will have full autonomy and freedom to generate new business and grow existing accounts, with two streams of monthly financial reward for both.
With exceptional levels of service, including damages of less than 0.01%, and business backing from major global brands, you'll have the platform to grow at a significantly pace.

What you'll do:

  • Proactively identify and engage with new clients through calls and face to face visits.
  • Cross sell services to your portfolio, along with excellent retention.
  • To work towards a personal KPI target of new business.
  • Regularly visit your clients face to face in your assigned territory.
  • Be part of the customers journey through consistent collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop a large portfolio of clients valued in 1million from end to end.
  • Produce and present proposals to customers.

Experience

  • Fast paced solution environment
  • High volume of B2B sales experience generating new leads to win new business.
  • Ability to build and manage a pipeline whilst maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Ability to work productively both individually and in a team environment collaboratively.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills demonstrating positive changes to the portfolio of clients.
  • Strong presentation and organisational skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the decision makers
  • Understanding of Tender/RFI process & comfortable taking ownership of these
  • Using CRM tools
