The role We’re looking for Terminal Activation Executives to join our growing call centre team. Your role is pivotal to the success of our sales team and therefore the success of DNA Payments group. The team are based in Nottingham in the heart of the city centre; working will be based in our Nottingham office.You will be tasked with the contacting and interactions to businesses that have been onboarded within the UK and activating their DNA Payments payment system. You will then support businesses in setting up and testing their devices and running through other relevant portals and processes to provide a best in class onboarding experience. We are looking for target led individuals that work well within a team and are looking for their next challenge.We value ambition, curiosity, and honesty – it’s in our DNA. Key responsibilities
Working through a list of our recently accepted merchants that haven’t yet activation their payment solution Calling these businesses to go through the activation of their card terminal and merchant portal which is used for their statements, reporting and other online payment methods Keep on top of call-backs (follow up calls with customers) to ensure we minimise churn following solution delivery
Request reviews of our service to improve our performance and build more reviews for our online presence Act as part of a team and positively encourage those around you to hit targets Competencies required

Skill/technical It would be great if you had working knowledge of salesforce but this isn’t essential. Benefits•
