Tendering Specialist

We are delighted to be working with our client, a leading Supply Chain and Logistics solutions organisation as they have a new job opening for a Tender Specialist to join their Aberdeen team on a permanent basis.If you are a driven and innovative individual, this organisation fosters training to ensure their staff develop into experts to ensure they can provide their customers with the highest quality of service.As the Tender Specialist, you will support the Tender Process on behalf of the Offshore Group and take responsibility for managing tenders from receipt through to final submission.Key Responsibilities:Understand the scope of work, read RFI’s/ITT’s, and assist in strategy preparation.Schedule and coordinate various meetings from the kick off meeting to determine strategy and identify wider Tender team, to the final meeting to approve submission.Project manage the compilation of information from various departments to complete business Tenders.Commercial & Technical qualification of all Tenders ensuring risk mitigation.Creation of Tender estimates and cost models.Ensuring that Tenders are delivered within the specified timescales, and delivered to the client in a compliant way.Requirements:Previous experience in
Tendering/Commercial
