Tenant Liaison Officer/Housing Management Officer

Housing Management Officer required to work with Darlington based local authority.
Location: Darlington, DL1

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Work running upto end of October 2024

Pay: �15.50 p/h, paid weekly

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Job role:

You'll be providing support between the council and tenants regarding any issues which may arise based on various topics such as repairs, rent issues, cleanliness etc.

For this role, you will ideally have experience in social housing environment or related field and a strong background in in administration and dealing with customer complaints.
