Tenancy Sustainment Officer
About the role…
To co-ordinate a range of comprehensive and practical support including housing management activities for people who have a history of rough sleeping. This will include co-producing, implementing & reviewing individual support plans. Working with the support of other housing management staff to oversee repairs, rent arrears, rent collection, health and safety monitoring, addressing anti-social behaviour, in line with Humankind Housing’s policies, procedures and legal requirements. To view the full job description and person specification for this role, please click here.
