Tenancy Management OfficerOxfordTemporaryFull TimeWe are seeking an experiences and enthusiastic Tenancy Management Officer to join a team in Oxford on a full-time temporary ongoing basis. The Tenancy Management Officer will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality tenancy and estate management services to our customers while upholding the vision and business objectives of the company.RequirementsPrevious experience in a similar role within Social Housing / property/ tenancy sustainmentIn-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and current issues within the housing sector, including the impact of homelessnessExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and accessible mannerStrong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlinesGood working knowledge of statistical analysis, and understanding of financial issuesKnowledge of the Welfare Benefit systemUK Driving License and Vehicle requiredRole ExpectationsProvide tenancy and void management of a patch of properties within Oxford, Kidlington and AbingdonCover all aspects of tenancy management including transfer visits, welcome visits, tenancy changes, tenancy terminations and enforcement of tenancy conditionsBe a first point of contact for tenants and provide excellent customer serviceMaximise rental income and reduce void costs by prompt termination and re-letting vacant propertiesResponsibility for managing housing issues and following relevant policies including safeguarding, welfare concerns and moreProduce reports and statistics when required and maintain accurate, up to date and comprehensive records of action takenEnsure compliance with legal, statutory, and organizational provisions governing service delivery, including maintaining accurate housing information and managing information securelyDevelop working relationships with colleagues, as well as key partnersLiaise with external partners, including local authorities and support agencies, and ensure effective service is deliveredIf you are interested in this position and meet the above criteria, please send your CV now for consideration.If you require any additional information regarding the position, please call Beth at Service Care Solutions on (phone number removed) or send an E-Mail to (url removed) Keep UpdatedSubscribe to our newsletter and get the latest care news direct to your inbox
