SeniorTenancy Consultant(Renewals)Hours: Monday- Friday 40hrs (hybrid after settling in period)Location: Tower BridgeSalary: £28,000 basic - OTE £39,000We are looking for an exceptional Renewals negotiator to join our profitable team in effectively negotiating renewals and change of occupancies. The ideal candidate will have high attention to detail, an enthusiasm for the London lettings market and will have a track record of providing excellent customer service.Main duties:Negotiating terms between the parties for replacement Tenants, Renewals and providing the relevant adviceBuild and maintain strong and effective working relationships with our lettings teamsAdhere to department minimum standards relating to time management, workload and file accuracyProgressing replacement tenancies and Renewals in a timely manner ensuring documentation is produced to a high standard and completed within required time framesMaintain and develop relevant compliance and legislative knowledgeAttributes:
Proactive Highly motivated and confident Lettings, Sales or renewals experience Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent and accurate written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively High level of IT skills
Meticulous attention to detail Excellent working knowledge of lettings and tenancy legislation and contract requirements
