Your role will encompass a wide array of responsibilities, including delivering outstanding customer service, managing financial support queries, and offering career guidance. This role is fully office based.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and effectively to inquiries across various communication channels, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
Provide personalised support to students through drop-in sessions and one-on-one consultations
Proactively identify and address data errors to maintain accurate records for funding purposes
Assist with general enrolment queries and support face-to-face enrolment services when necessary
Manage financial support inquiries, process applications, and monitor payment plans.
Offer career guidance to students or refer them to external career organisations
