Do you have previous experience in event sales? We have registered an exciting opportunity with a fantastic local employer!

The role will involve managing the sales and registration process of a highly-anticipated upcoming event. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with a strong attention to detail and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

This role is an immediate start and will be ongoing for a few months.  The successful candidate will be required to work either three full days or five half days per week, totalling 22.5 hours.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis.

This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Sales Representative (Part-Time) Responsibilities


  • Making a high volume of daily outbounds calls 
  • Providing first line support for delegates, responding professionally with accurate and clear information
  • Accurately log and maintain records of customer contact, activity and outcomes on the CRM system
  • Working to targets with regard to number of registrations
  • Building a rapport and strong relationship with customers

Temporary Sales Representative (Part-Time) Requirements


  • Previous experience within event/delegate sales
  • Working knowledge of data management
  • Proven track record of working to deadlines and targets
  • Proven customer service experience through inbound and outbound calls
  • Articulate telephone manner and strong communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Detailed working knowledge of Excel
  • Good knowledge of other MS Office applications
