We are experienceing significant growth in demand and are looking for an onsite recruiter to help drive volume and place people into our temporary roles at Staffline.The OpportunityHere is your chance to join the largest recruitment business in the UK as a Temporary Recruitment Account Coordinator. In this role you will supply temporary workers to multiple clients for their incredibly successful food manufacturers in Castle Donington.To thrive in this role, you’ll be customer focused, committed to providing the best possible service and a natural problem solver. Experience in an on-site recruitment environment would be great but is by no means essential. If you have transferrable skills, we can train you on all the elements you need to be successful in this role.What you’ll do as Temporary Recruitment Account CoordinatorThis role is all about pace, helping candidates find the best jobs, problem solving and maximising the candidate experience and working environment. This is an incredibly diverse role which will undoubtedly keep you on your toes, below is just a selection of what you can expect:Fulfillment of staffing requirements to meet client deadlinesRecruitment, selection, and onboarding of workersInputting and checking data for weekly payroll ensuring the information is accurateTaking responsibility for administrative processes such as absences and change requestsManaging compliance requirements and keeping secure records for audit purposesProviding a positive customer experience, dealing with any worker queries quickly and efficientlyWhat we need from you…You’ll need to quickly adapt to changing priorities and be a problem solverYou’ll have a customer-centric mindset, always putting people firstYou will ideally have experience within the recruitment industry, although this is not essentialYou’ll have a growth mindset, always on the lookout for new ways of working while you fulfil the needs of both your client and customersYou’ll be a relationship builder, confident building and maintaining relationships with both clients and customersBe able to drive and travel between sitesMost importantly though, you’ll be tenacious, driven and flexible with a great attitude towards delivering an excellent service.Like the sound of this?
