Temporary HR Manager

This incredible employer is seeking an experienced, confident and personable Temporary HR manager to join their People Team.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary HR Manager Responsibilities

A combination of generalist HR tasks and project work, including the management of complex ER cases, performance issues, employee engagement, payroll and HRIS maintenance, attendance, onboarding, succession planning and recruitment.

Temporary HR Manager Requirements

• Proven and dedicated recent experience at HR Manager level
• Both operational and strategic exposure
• CIPD qualified, to Level 7 (or 5 with considerable experience)
• Strong and current UK employment law knowledge
• Confident ER and case management skills
• Gifted HR project manager
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
• Full driving license and access to a vehicle

Our client is located in NN12. There is onsite parking for all staff as the location is quite remote.
