Are you an experienced HR Advisor who is comfortable managing admin tasks as well as advisory level activities?

Are you well organised, proactive, and able to multitask?

If so, this is a fantastic opportunity join our client in the education and charity sector, that has a corporate feel! A diverse and broad role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to the business and staff with various day to day HR matters and ongoing projects.

Please note that this role requires the successful applicant to undertake a DBS disclosure check along with other relevant employment checks.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role is to start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary HR Advisor Responsibilities


  • Provision of HR advisory and administrative support across the organization
  • Carrying out day to day tasks to ensure the smooth running of the HR office
  • Project work e.g. Wellbeing initiatives
  • Embedding new policies into the workplace culture
  • Managing payroll administration

Temporary HR Advisor Requirements

Along with previous experience as a HR Advisor, you will have the following:


  • CIPD qualified – desirable but not essential
  • Strong IT skills (ideally Google Suite but not essential)
  • Highly organized
  • Proactive multitasker
  • Able to take initiative
  • Good relationship builder
  • Calm under pressure
  • Able to manage a busy and varied workload

Location

This position is office based in rural Abingdon (OX13) with on-site parking. Please note that it is essential you drive and have your own vehicle as you may be required to attend different sites.
