Job Description As a Temporary Customer Support Advisor you will be: Servicing all inbound contact requests submitted by live chat, email or telephone whilst striving for first contact resolution and maximum customer advocacyRespond promptly and professionally to customer enquiriesTroubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectivelyFollow up on customer interactions and ensure resolutionKeep records of customer interactions and transactions The Successful Applicant A successful Temporary Customer Support Advisor should have:A proven track record in a customer service role, particularly within a telephone based role 1 year experience within customer service Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressureGood problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindsetKnowledge of customer service software, databases, and CRM toolsA strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellenceCan commit to a temporary role
