Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will be:
- First line of contact for all incoming customer contact
- Deal with the customers via emails, online chat, over the phone, or face to face
- Respond to after sales and delivery queries and provide product advice and delivery updates
- Coordinate with the internal department to find solutions and resolve matters
- Offer after sales care inclusive of managing the customer returns
- Provide excellent customer service through listening and engaging with customers
Profile
To be successful in this role:
- 1 years experience within a customer service based role
- Ability to prioritise workload and organise tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Able to work on your own initiative, within a team environment
- Impeccable customer service skills
- Proven track record building and maintaining customer relationships
