You should be an adaptable person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has relevant experience within this area. The right candidate will have the ability to multi-task and take personal responsibility for delivering services to their customers. You will play a crucial role in understanding and meeting the needs of theircustomers while maintaining a positive and professional image.
As part of theirTemporary Accommodation team, you will use your housing management skills to help themdeliver high-quality housing services to customers in theirtemporary and complex needs accommodation. You will also manage the lettings process including signing customers up into their homes.
