Job Summary:

We are seeking call centre staff to join our team.You will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers and providing information about our products or services. 



Duties:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers

- Provide information about products or services

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries

- Use phone etiquette to ensure positive customer experience

- Upsell products or services to increase sales

- Perform data entry tasks accurately

- Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions



Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Ability to effectively communicate over the phone

- Strong data entry skills

- Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred
