You will beworking alongside our Account Management team as well as a variety ofother internal teams at our clientAtypical week as a New Business Consultant might involvePro actively contact potential prospects and bookappointments for Account Managers.Manage a database ofprospects and source your own where necessaryLiaise withinternal teams to build internal relationships and deliver the bestoutcomes for customers and deliver business goalsContactingexisting accounts to establish, build and maintain relationships viatelephone & video.Interpret and explain customer performancedata using internal tools to add value and demonstrate ROIAchievement of monthly KPI’s and performance metrics relevantto business requirementsCommunicate and build rapportthrough effective listeningRegular sharing of learnings tocolleagues and internal key stakeholders to enhance service andproduct offeringConsistently create a positive sentiment andbuild value with our customersRecording information inrelevant databases and ensure CRM’s are kept up to dateAttend face to face team meetings and company conferenceswhen required
