Telesales Representative

Due to rapid expansion, FT Recruitment are looking for a team of Telesales Executive to join our fast growing used car supermarket client based in Hinckley.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and hard-working Individual to join a great team in a growing business that will reward top performers generously.

Shift details:

• 5 days out of 7 on a shift pattern

Duties include:

• To be the first point of contact for customers inquiring about purchasing a new vehicle


• Answering inbound / outbound sales query calls


• Converting leads into appointments


• Follow up via email / telephone


• Delivering excellent customer service
