I am working with a client in the food & beverage sector, who are seeking a new Telesales Operator to spearhead their sales efforts and broaden their market presence.

The successful candidate will need to be in the Morecambe area, or be within travelling distance

There is a commission structure in place on top of base salary for this role

As the Telesales Operator, you will play a crucial role in pinpointing new business prospects, nurturing client connections, and hitting sales targets.

Having experience within the food and beverage industry would be preferred

The role:

  • Providing guidance, assistance, and motivation to the sales team to optimize their performance and efficiency.

  • Monitoring industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify emerging opportunities and potential challenges.
