A companywho are one of the global leaders in the sector they operate in is looking fora Telesales Manager with excellent communication and customer managementskills. This is a role that requires strong interpersonal and leadershipskills, with a great sense of ownership and willingness to go for the extramile to deliver results. Responsible for managing a Telesales team, youwill help create new business opportunities and establish businessrelationships with an array of clients. You will need tolead from the front – Be positive and passionate, build strong relationshipswith the broader team, proactively propose new ideas, be a problem solver andprovide good customer service. Key responsibilities: Supervise and manage a Telesales team to advise and sellsolutions over the phone Responsible for achieving revenue growth and attaining givenmonthly & quarterly targets and KPIs by successfully managing the assignedsales team Set individual KPIs and constantly align each team member withthe company’s mission, goals and objectives Create what’s next, to improve team’s effectiveness andefficiency Disciplined use of sales CRM system, monitoring daily callactivities for productivity and quality assurance Customer management such as handling customer complaints andenquiries via phone Support fellow managers in daily operations and developing keymetrics to achieve success in team’s performance and organisational goals If youhave telesales management experience and demonstrate strong organisational andtime management skills, whilst working towards a revenue target then we wouldlove to hear from you.
