A great opportunity for an experienced telesales, business development or sales executive to join a FTSE 250 financial services company in Brighton who offer a great range of benefits. This outbound business development role has a competitive basic salary and lots of commission earning potential once you have built a pipeline of sale. �





Job duties:




  • Working in a small team within a large organisation, not in a call centre

  • Outbound B2B telesales to generate appointments for the field team

  • Making around 100 outbound calls per day

  • Developing relationships with business contacts

  • Approximately 2-4 hours call time a day focusing on quality conversations with key contacts

  • Converting inbound sales leads

  • Liaising with the field sales team

  • Checking through contact data

  • Conducting follow up emails and associated admin





Skills and experience required:




  • Previous outbound B2B sales experience

  • Experience of high volume outbound calling

This is a full time permanent opportunity and will be fully office based in Brighton working 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. �Candidates will need to complete a DBS check, credit check and 5 years employment references, to be undertaken by the employer.
