This is achieved by having excellent telephone and communication skills, with clarity, confidence, a personable attitude, and professionalism in all customer interactions.Key Responsibilities as a Telesales Executive:
* As a Telesales Executive, you will be focusing on qualifying and booking appointments for our field sales team.
* You will be required to generate opportunities by contacting potential customers from our CRM database and manage your own pipeline.
* Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly appointment targets and objectives.
* Listen to the needs of customer and help find a solution from our product portfolio.
* Help customers understands the benefits of moving to Enreach as their preferred business telephony provider.
* Focus on the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of appointment activity not just the quantity, closing ratio, conversion ratio, and booking with decision makers.
* Attend regular training sessions and sales days to improve your product knowledge and self-development.Who we are looking for:

* IT Literate with proven experience of using CRM systems.
