Job Title: Sales RepresentativeReporting to: Commercial ManagerAbout The RoleThe Sales Representative is a key role within the commercial team, looking after day-to-day customer service and facilitating growth through telesales activityKey responsibilitiesProcessing telesales orders in a timely mannerProcessing all email orders in a timely mannerImport any orders placed through online portalsManage credit note processEnsure all orders have the appropriate checking procedures applied to themEnsuring telephone calls are answered within 3 rings and in a professional, polite mannerEnsure all customer queries are dealt with in a timely mannerConduct daily service callsConduct daily telesales callsPerforming Any Other Duties As Reasonably RequiredTechnical skills and experience requiredStrong communication skills both written and verbalMust have good IT skills including MS office productsMust have good time management skillsMust have a tenacious attitude and be able to overcome objections
