Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Birmingham
Pay: £12 – £14 per hour (DOE)
Hours of Work:
Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm (approx)
Office Based Position – Full time
– Temp to Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
We are looking for Telesales Executives with experience of Business-to-Business sales, confident conducting market research and generating leads though prospect calls. Working on various campaigns, you will be joining a team to make outbound calls to businesses, generating leads, doing market research, campaigning and booking appointments.
Duties of a Telesales Executive:
Answering customer questions
Undertaking market research
Data entry
Booking appointments
Making outbound B2B calls
As a Telesales Executive, you need to have the following:
Experience of working in a call centre/ telesales environment
Experience of making outbound calls
Experience of B2B sales
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access)
It would be beneficial if you also had:
A confident telephone manner
Experience in a similiar role
Strong written and verbal skills
Excellent communication skills
The ability to use own initiative and work towards targets
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
