Telesales Executive Job

Location: Remote / Work from Home

Salary: £18k + Uncapped commision 

Hours of Work: Mon-Fri 9:30am - 5:30pm

Telesales Executive Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling leads to sell boiler service cover on either a monthly or yearly basis
  • Converting leads to new customers and building your own customer base
  • Hitting realistic sales targets
  • Completing all reports, system, and CRM updates in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Developing an expert level knowledge of the products, systems, and business processes.

Telesales Executive Requirements:

  • Previous Sales experience (Preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills   
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Proactive with a positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude
  • Good team player
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work independently.
  • Demonstrates a good attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Computer literate
  • Access to a phone / laptop for a two month probationary period
