The Role:
They are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representative to join their growing internal sales team. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, and converting prospects into qualified appointments to support the field sales team. Your primary goal will be to secure set appointments for a dedicated Account Manager to finalise the sale, driving overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities of the Telesales Representative:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads, lists, marketing tools.
Generate your own list from prospecting via tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Research, identify & target decision makers within an organisation.
Present and promote products or services to potential clients.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales team members.
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.
Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and techniques.
Requirements to be considered for the Telesales Representative role:

A recent Graduate
A back to work parent
Telesales experienced OR
Retail sales experienced
And have:-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales aptitude with a passion for building relationships and closing deals.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
