Our Peterborough based client, within the food sector, is looking for a driven Telesales or Account Executive to join their team within an exciting dual role as a�Telesales & Customer Service Executive.
Seamlessly balancing responsibilities, you'll strategically allocate time between�account management�of existing clients and developing new business, in order to achieve KPIs. Successful sales will lead to a larger earning potential with a generous �6,000 bonus.
You will have proven customer service or client management background, with superb relationship building abilities, as well as having a target-driven mindset. Strong verbal communication for telephone sales, being IT/systems literate and having the ability to successfully sell through cold calling are essential for the role.
As Telesales & Customer Service Executive you will:
The role is office based, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility on timings (9am-4.30pm with 30 mins lunch break OR 8.30am-4.30pm with 1 hour lunch break).
20 days holiday, plus bank holidays, plus Christmas shutdown period.
