Telesales and Customer Service ExecutiveWe are looking for a passionate person who cares about customers and wants to work in an environment where they can thrive and showcase their skills in a growing businessOur client, a leading player in the chilled packaging industry, is on an exciting journey and due to continued success, they are looking to add to their fantastic team through the appointment of a Telesales and Customer Service Executive.As a Telesales and Customer Service Executive, you will work closely with internal teams to proactively increase sales of products with a focus on securing new business.Conduct outbound telesales activity to sell the full chilled packaging rangeOrganising & managing daily call plan to meet outbound call KPIsResponding to e mail campaign interest, website sample enquiriesReporting on successIdentifying and managing prospectsInfluence customers to win business and cross selling associated productsAchieving sales targets in line with KPIsMaintaining market and competitor knowledgeTaking inbound calls from customers.Liaise with Sale Reps, Customers, branches and SuppliersIssuing information and processing orders from customersDealing with queries relating to orders and costingsUpdating orders, prices and order confirmations in the Company’s systemsAssisting with month end processesUpdate stock levels and report figures to customersAbout You:Previous experience in a role that involves developing both new business and existing business in a telesales environmentAbility to present the benefits of our product range and how this will assist the customerAbility to multitaskProficient in all IT applications: Word, Excel etcIf you have registered with us and wish to use your existing details to apply for this vacancy please login here.
