Job Details:
This is a newly created role with a specific focus on enchaining how we use Telematics data to improve the customer experience, supporting liability decisions and identify fraudulent behaviours.
The role has a lot of freedom – and somebody joining the team will have a lot of accountability in their work, deciding which direction they focus within this broad remit.
You’ll be the lead into the business looking at how to add value to our underwriting result by developing ways we can utilise our Telematics data in claims.
A clear target on underwriting value is the main objective – with huge scope on which areas you decide to focus on to achieve that objective. This role is based at our office down in Bexhill on a hybrid basis. You will be expected to commit to one der per week in the office.
Skills
we would love you to
have:
Experience in a claims environment (that doesn’t need to be specific to motor insurance) A high level of Commercial awareness and an understanding of what makes a successful and profitable business – with previous exposure of a commercial trading environment Strong numerical and analytical skills, able to take raw data sets and connect the dots to deliver an explanation of what the root drivers of performance Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management – and able to demonstrate influencing skills (with exposure to senior management)
