Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

Location: Birmingham

Pay: £12  - £14 per hour (DOE)

Hours of Work:  Monday – Friday  9am - 5pm (approx)

Office Based (Potential for Hybrid after passing training)

Start Date: immediate

We are hiring for a Telemarketer that has experience of Business to Business Sales and is confident in getting market research and generate Leads though prospect calls. Working on various campaigns, you will be joining a team to make outbound calls to businesses, generating leads, doing market research, campaigning, and booking appointments.

Duties of a Telemarketing Executive

• Answering customer questions
• Undertaking market research
• Data entry
• Booking appointments
• Making outbound B2B calls

Skills and Experience of a Telemarketing Executive

As a Telemarketer, you need to have the following:

• Experience of working in a call centre/ telesales environment
• Experience of making outbound calls
• Experience of B2B sales
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access)

It would be beneficial to the Telemarketing Executive role if you also had

• A confident telephone manner
• Experience in a similar role
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Multi-Lingual Communication
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to use own initiative and work towards targets
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
