Tele Sales Executive

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products or services, and generating sales leads. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to work well in a team environment.ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities, produce leads, and book appointments for the sales force with an emphasis on high-quality leads, cold & warm.Professionally answer the telephone, taking and screening incoming calls as required.Develop creative pitches and propositions aimed at specific industry sectors.Proactively follow up on leads generated from calling.Use of own initiative to identify and follow up opportunities with companies who are not already on the database.Manage the database to a high degree of accuracy to ensure targeted marketing activity can take place to generate new business for the business.Work closely with the marketing team to achieve sales objectives.Contribute to the team’s performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas.Identify resources needed and discuss them with line managers.Experience· Minimum 3 years of experience as a telesales representative in the Fintech industry would be ideal.· Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems· Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Cool-tempered and able to handle rejectionIf you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and enjoy engaging with people over the phone, we would love to hear from you.
