TELE-SALES ASSISTANT
Hours: Full time / Permanent / Monday to Friday / 40 hours a week
Salary: £24,793.60 per year plus commission

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tele-Sales assistant to join Aspire Training Team a nationally recognised training provider. Aspire Training team are based in Bournemouth and operate throughout Somerset, Devon, Dorset, Wiltshire & Hampshire delivering
apprenticeships in Childcare, Business Administration, Customer Service and Leadership & Management, as well as short courses. Aspire Training team is a Grade 2 Ofsted provider and has achieved its Investors in People recognition as well as the Beacon Award for Training Excellence!
Reporting to the Business Development Manager for the company, you will be responsible for booking sales meetings for our sales consultants to secure the sales of our apprenticeships and training courses. This includes over the phone and via Zoom/Skype or similar.
This is a full time position with options to work from our HO in Southbourne, Bournemouth or working remotely from home based anywhere in the UK.
Key Duties of this role will involve:
Generating leads using internet searching, social media and attend networking events to identify potential areas for sales opportunities locally and nationally
Cold Calling prospective clients
Track and trend reasons for an enquiry not transpiring into a new sale and form objection handling strategies.
Perform delegated marketing, sales and PR activities to promote courses and apprenticeships, working closely with the Marketing Manager and Administrator to execute these.
Maintain the Client Management System accurately and prepare monthly reports on a range of activities.
Supporting with lead generation
Completing adhoc basic admin tasks for sales consultants and Business Development Manager.
Updating our CRM system
Your Skills and Experience:
Ideal to have but not essential to have B2B experience cold calling experience and have previously worked in a client facing sales role
You will have knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter
Experience of using Microsoft packages, such as Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and CRM systems.
Most importantly you are a team-player and are driven by success; this role will have the opportunity to develop further for the right candidate with the opportunity to work towards a sales consultant position with account management responsibilities and full in-house training will be provided.
