Pivotal are proud to be working with a global social media brand who are looking for an ambitious Senior Customer Solutions Manager to join their e-commerce team based in London.
Launched in the UK in 2021 this is the first international expansion of the social media brand's e-commerce platform and through partnerships with Shopify and Square the aim is to become the number one player within social commerce which has already proven to have been a success with some of the biggest brands in the UK.
As a Customer Solution Manager, you will play a vital role in enabling successful e-commerce integrations. You'll collaborate with merchants, guide them through the integration process, and optimize product platforms to drive efficiency and scale success.
Responsibilities
Partner with account management in pre-sales and onboarding of strategic merchants.
Ensure successful integration with platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Netsuite, and more.
Act as the trusted technical advisor to merchants.
Provide expert advice on integration, best practices, and product knowledge.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement successful integrations.
Ensure adherence to integration standards and governance.
Work with clients and engineering teams to diagnose and resolve customer issues.
Provide insights to guide the product roadmap.
Comfortably manage multiple stakeholders in different time zones.
Run API calls and debug seller requests when needed.
Requirements
5+ years in technical account management, pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or customer success management.
Hands-on experience with platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or Netsuite. Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
Strong grasp of the e-commerce ecosystem, architecture, and system
